We took a taxi to Victoria Coach Station to meet our tour group. After getting through the chaos at the station we boarded our double decker coach and headed out of London towards Windsor Castle.
Lines, lines and more lines for security screening, then we were in!
We chose to see the State Apartments, can’t show you any pics because they were not allowed. The inside was amazing, gold everywhere.....needless to say I want my own castle now!
It’s the oldest inhabited castle in the world and has 900 years of history.
Here are some photos from the outside
Below are some photos of the church where Harry and Meghan were married!
Then after a whirlwind visit to the castle we all headed off in the coach to the town of Bath. A really nice town, the architecture was stunning.
Below, “Bath” water :)
This was also a short stop then we continued to the small village of Lacock. We saw some places that were used in the filming of Harry Potter and then went to a classic pub for lunch.
After our pub lunch, we boarded the coach and headed to the monument of Stonehenge.
A two hour drive back to London, quick nap and we were back. 8.00 pm finish....phew! Big day but packed full of goodness!!
